Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for eligible items. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In their original condition with all tags attached

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Fla’s discretion. Our primary goal is to provide the best possible experience to our customers, but we reserve the right to deny returns under the following circumstances:

• For excessive or unreasonable return requests

If we approve a refund outside the standard 14-day window or without proof of purchase, the refund will be issued as a Fla Gift Card or handled in compliance with applicable local laws.
