Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

 

  1. How does the return process work?

To return an item, please fill out our return form [here]. Once submitted, return the product to us within 14 days, ensuring it remains in its original condition, with the original packaging (cloth bag), unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with its original hangtags intact. We kindly ask you to take care when trying on items. For hygiene reasons, please ensure all garments are tried on over your own underwear. If this guideline is not followed, we may reject the return.

 

Return the item to Fla Ballet, and note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once you have the tracking number for your package, please email it to info@flaballet.com.

 

  1. How long does it take to process a refund?

After we receive your returned goods at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you request an alternative. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

  1. I paid import taxes and duties on my package. Will I be refunded for those?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any import taxes or duties you’ve paid once the package leaves our warehouse. These charges are not handled by us. For assistance with reclaiming import duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

 

  1. What is the exchange process like?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
